2024 HAB Lab Spring

We're excited to offer our first High School program. We're opening the gym for girls and boys to improve their game. As we know, the offseason is a vital time for player improvement, skill development, and increasing a players basketball IQ. Damian Lillard said, "In order to play in front of thousands, you have to outwork thousands in front of no one."

That's why we're opening up the HAB Lab for our serious high school basketball players. We will cap these sessions at 8 participants. Be sure not to miss out and get signed up today!

We are going Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:00 a.m. at SSHS. We'll have twelve mornings available April 8 - May 22nd.

It will be $35 a session with high level training from Tanner Stillwell. Players must be in high school or have participated on an 8th grade competitive team. Registration for each session will close at noon the day before. If no one is signed up by that time, there will not be a session the following morning. We will communicate accordingly and confirm with those that are registered.

NOTE: All sales are final, any unused sessions will expire at the end of May unless otherwise communicated by HAB. Players signed up are expected to show up.

Check into the HAB Lab at your leisure and motivation.

Scholarships are available for these sessions. We may ask for athletes to volunteer with HAB in different capacities as available.

HAB Select is designed to give 9th through 12 grade boys and girls within the Yampa Valley region a chance to play competitive basketball. Try-outs will be held on March 15th 3:30 - 5:00 pm at SSHS and qualified participants will be selected to travel and compete in front range (Denver Area) tournaments. It is HAB's goal that the team(s) participate in tournaments where the participants can have a fun and competitive experience. Participants will gain an understanding of what it takes to compete and be successful at the competitive level.
